Notice of Intention to Vacate

The Notice of intention to leave (Form 13) is used when the tenant/s are giving notice to the lessor/agent that they wish to vacate the premises.

The tenant/s complete the form and give it to the lessor/agent. It may only be given in accordance with the Residential Tenancies and Rooming Accommodation Act 2008.

Note: A Notice of intention to leave for unremedied breach may only be given when the seven day remedy period has elapsed.
