Routine Inspections
We conduct an initial inspection within three months of a new tenant moving in and six-monthly inspections thereafter. You will receive a detailed report including photographs of the property’s condition and a summary of any maintenance issues
Rental Reviews
We review your property’s rental rate three months before the tenancy agreement concludes. Based on up-to-date research of your property’s market value, we make recommendations to ensure your property is achieving a premium return.

Through years of property management experience, we have gathered a network of qualified, reliable and trusted tradespeople to repair and maintain your property at competitive prices.
Administration
You will receive an electronic or posted statement at the end of each month, accounting for all rent received and expenses paid. We also provide you with an income and expenditure summary for your property at the end of the financial year. We can transfer the rent to your nominated account any time after receiving the funds from your tenant. We can also make regular payments on your behalf, including council and water rates, strata levies, insurance premiums, smoke alarm compliance and water efficiency compliance.
